Mi Home is a different, thoroughly modern kind of estate and lettings agents operating across Hampshire, Dorset and Sussex. By blending tech with our inside knowledge of how the rental market works, we’re able to take on the legwork (renovations included) while allowing landlords to maintain as much control of their properties as they need via our very own online property portal.
We offer professional photography and video footage in order to show properties in their best light and we cast the marketing net far and wide in our quest to attract the right tenant. We’re also able to offer our landlords complete peace of mind thanks to our own, in-house maintenance team, which is on hand 24/7.
We offer all this for a fixed management fee of just 8%.(Maintenance and renovation work priced separately)

The Mi Home online property portal – YOU are in control
All Mi Home landlords are given their very own private space within the Mi Home property portal: this is the ‘engine room’ where an entire property portfolio can be managed onscreen.
The portal gives you total access to everything from tenancy agreements to inventories and more, and is also the pace you can be alerted by tenants to any maintenance issues. These can then be forwarded to our in-house maintenance team, as required.
Accessible via phone or PC, the portal is a great way to be as involved with your properties as you want to be.
